- Whole-flat HDB repaint: $1,200 for a 3-room, $1,350 for a 4-room, $1,550 for a 5-room — toilet-pipe painting and protection included
- Landed homes: internal painting from $2,600 and external from $2,800 for a terrace, up to bungalows from $4,000
- Skim coat & plastering from $2,000, sealer coats from $300, doors, gates and mould treatment priced per item
- Prices are not subject to GST — and HDB prices are "Ups & Down": after the free site assessment the figure can move down, not only up

Do you repair walls before painting?
Yes. Skim coating, plastering, crack repair, spalling concrete repair and mould treatment are all done in-house, so the surface is made sound before any colour goes on.
